This isn't the sort of thing that is dealt with on answers hq. You'll have to go direct to customer support...although I've never heard of anyone getting a ban overturned.

If you what to appeal your ban, see this page here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts .

Do note, if you are unsure it is a ban then answer @IIPrest0nII reply above please and provide the error message. If you are sure you are banned because you were insulting people, then you will need to appeal above and I would suggest not doing this again in the future to avoid similar actions against your account.
