False bans
Hello, is there any explanation or discussions relating around false bans.
I recently received a permanent ban on Battlefield 1, when I have done absolutely nothing wrong in anyway to deserve this. (Besides a little trash talk 🤪)
In all seriousness, this is incredibly frustrating and disgusting that such a large company can be making these mistakes/ broken report system. I mean check my stats for crying out loud, im probably the most mid player.
Doing some research, I have discovered that there has been many others who have experienced the same.
I have created a case and im hoping its just some stupid mistake, has anyone else experienced this?

We can't look into or help with bans here on the forums. If you've already reached out to our terms of service team, then I can only recommend that you wait until they've finished their investigation and get back to you. You can always check the status of your case here. Hopefully you'll get a response from them soon.
