Accused Of Cheating

On the hainan resort map I was being spectated whilst playing when I hide behind a rock and shot someone on my screen there was no leaf in my field of view and I had clear view of the map over looking the small building in the front of the hotel complex I was later banned and shown the video one of the admins had recorded and to my surprise there is a palm leaf in my field of view and I cannot see the person I am shooting at thus making it look like I am using a hack is there any difference between what I see and what he sees if our settings are different I was running at a max 85 fps with all settings on low he had a fps of around 128

I am very frustrated about being accused of hacking when I do not and I would like some help to prove my innocence i play on the server a lot and have made a lot of friends who are now convinced I hack.

Is there any way you can check me out to see if I have modified my game or check the game out from the server side

The game in question was played on the outcast.eu hard core server hainan resort map on the 20.3.14

    we cannot check your game and you will have to address the administrator of the server. As for the leaf, different graphic

    settings cause different vegetation so that "might" be the cause.

    Try it out on an empty server with different graphics settings, record the outcome and appeal your ban.

    Try playing on a different server if this fails to work try the steps below,

    If you are encountering errors please try the following steps,
    - Reinstall PB
    - Open Origin right click BF4 and select Repair Game
    - Open Origin right click BF4 and select check for updates
    - Upload your DXDIAG file to this page this can be done by
     1. Press Windows Key + R
     2. Type in DXDIAG and hit enter
     3. Click Save all information
     4. Save the file somewhere you will know where you put it
     5. Upload it to this forum post
    - Try performing a UOTrace test on your PC help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-uo-trace/. [help.ea.com]
       If you have a high ping contact your ISP.
       If you cannot open UOTrace and get a message saying “Cannot connect to ea online” please check firewall on both you PC and your Router

    i have took time out and looked into this for our clan and i found today that the plant texture wasnt there on my screen and was on screen for 2 other players

    i have unbanned A-DirtySod as a result of me checking the same situation ingame today i couldnt see the plant but 2 other players could see the same plant in 4 different locations on the map

    i have replied to the post in our own forums Dirty and can only appologise again

    hopefully we can get an answer why players see the plant and others dont
