activate your game error

Hello, I bought the Battlefield 1 game but every time I try to open the game it gives me this error. I deleted it and reinstalled it. It didn't work. When I enter the requested information there, it ...

    Try deleting the license folder.

    C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License

    Create a backup of the folder just in case you need it for some unforseen reason.

    If that doesn't work I would contact EA support.

I have same thing with BF2042 not every time i launch but most of the times.. i simply close that window and then EA app will start as usual.

(I launch my BF2042 directly from BF2042.exe)

      Are you launching your game from EA or through Steam?
