It might be another application having an overlay.
If you do a clean boot and try playing you can see if other applications interfere and investigate further ( http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/ )
Thank you for your suggestion, i turned everything of exept punkbuster and it didnt help ☹️ the first server i joined i got the stutter when i move around.
I also installed a gaming router, but that didnt work either, i joined a server this morning with Paracel storm, and i got 50 fps with a lot of stutter when i move, and then i joined a other server located in the same country with the same map and also 64 players and i got 70 fps and no stutter, i really dont understand wat is going on ☹️ its looks like the connection of the server also determens my framerate.
The fact that on some servers the game runs great proves that its not my hardware, but also not my connection but it hase to have a cause.
The mystery continues.....
