Battlefield 1 Unable To Connect Issue Please Help

Dear EA Support,

I am having a persistent connectivity issue with Battlefield 1. While I can play Battlefield 2042 without any problems on the same account and PC, Battlefield 1 stays offline and gives a "Go Online" error.

Steps I’ve already taken:

Reinstalled the game.

Tried different internet connections and changed DNS.

Cleared EA App cache and repaired game files.

Since Battlefield 2042 works fine, I suspect a specific account-side synchronization issue with my Battlefield 1 profile.

EA ID: caesarpremium

Platform: PC

Please investigate my account status for Battlefield 1 to resolve this online connection loop.

    repair the game

    Make sure you dont have msi afterburner or rivatuner running. disable them.

    game will work.

     

    Last resort, go to EA app and change your name one letter, see if that works.

    i don't use afterburner and rivatuner, and changed my name from ea app but not works this method
