I redeemed the alien ware dog tag code on my origin account to receive it for my xbox am I suppose to redeem it on the origin account or my xbox.if its to be redeemed on origin why haven't I received it yet?
If you check this link (Alienware Dog Tag for Battlefield 3 ) the restrictions specifically state the dog tag is only for the PC version.
You can redeem the code and if you decide to play Battlefield 3 on PC, you'll already have the dog tag waiting.
Yes, you redeem it through Origin. After entering it's best to sign out properly, close Origin, and start again.
The tags should be there. Failing that you could wait a bit longer to see if it's just delayed, say an hour or so, &/or contact EA Support through the live chat & see if they can fix it up for you.
Live Chat handle account issues, they should be able to look into it for you.
