I have confirmed that this is the current on going issue which reported by many other player which experiencing similar issue as you do. Our studio team already cracking down this issue and I will need to ask you to wait until there's further update regarding this Issue.

That's what i figured, i know there is an issue, and i know its on EA side nothing to do with our software or install or anything like that.
I'm 100% sure is is related to the shutting down of BF4 on X-box that took place on November 7th 2024.
So this tells me who ever was in charge of this Transition of the shutdown, didn't realize this would effect player unlocks and DLC content.
So in other words acts of incompetent people working For EA..
When they do stuff like this they should be using qualified people to complete their task because it seems from time to time
they botch projects because of incompetents...
So we the customers have to suffer for their Major errors they create..
Even though the game is over 10 years old, it's still good and highly used, instead of worrying about new content they build thinking about $$$
They should focus on what people like the most and spend their money on, they should have been creating more expansions and addons to this game
and keep it more alive, they would be collecting a huge profit even more than some of the new junk they been dishing out lately..
They try and plot new stuff to make more money, when they don't realize the money is right in front of them already created and active..
Very Bad business decisions on their part, this is how companies fail and go under, not being able to focus and realize where the profits are and where
they come from.
Instead of trying to dump something because it's old doesn't mean it's obsolete, you know the old saying "Old but not obsolete"
