It is affecting everyone that owns BF4 PC. Not just a subset of players. So ETA? I mean enough players have complained about what is wrong. And have even shown you what is wrong. Do you think we like coming in here and wasting our precious gaming time? If we come in here and tell EA there is an issue...there is an issue. Fix it. Sorry it doesn't make you money as much as some of the noob EA titles but it is still the best BF title in Battlefield. ETA ETA ETA?

DLC Packs: Absolutely everything to do with DLCs is locked. Maps, guns, unlocks etc.
This is a ridiculously big problem and sadly I'm honestly not surprised the issue is still ongoing. The fact there has been such little communication and even the fact it happened in the first place is pure stupidity. EA have ALOT of slack to pick up, names need to be named internally at EA for this. I and many many other people still play this game almost every single night, I hold a lot of respect for this game but I cant say the same for the people behind the current state of EA. You need to release an ETA and fast, along with a worthy explanation. Wake up and come back to your old ways EA, although I fear we are long past that possibility.
Are you guys also unable to access battlepacks? For me the game just sits forever and then won't allow me to join any server until I restart the game.
No news from EA ???
