I Stated this before, EA doesn't care, they will take their sweet time, this is not a priority to them what so ever.
This could take days or even weeks if we are lucky.
EA simply doesn't care, and why would they?
It only cost them money to look into this, they have to pay their employees to take the time to do all this, i'm not talking
about $20.00 per hour employees, i'm talking about, their engineers making at least $80,000.00 a year for each of them.
Why would they be in a hurry?
What is going on gets passed on to Community managers, then they pass that to their superiors, such as EA supervisors, then that goes to the managers who don't work weekends lol
Then they assign software engineers to look into it, and also they get the network engineers on this as well, which none of them work on weekends at all.
Most likely the EA supervisors and Managers doesn't even know about this issue yet,
when you read the AHQ community team say
"Appreciate the information everyone, the team is investigating. When I know more I'll update here."
This is a cut and paste statement, this doesn't mean the right people are scrambling to fix this,
this is a stalling ploy to keep every one from losing it LOL
This accentually ,means that they told probably a EA employee or a supervisor and he said ok i got the memo,
and i'll get back to you, which what your really
waiting on is for them to get this information to the managers (who are the ones who can get the ball rolling)
Which whom probably isn't aware of this yet any way.
Probably Monday Morning around 9:00 or 10:00 am when they get to work, and then
they start investigating, Not fixing yet but investigating the issue, and well the investigating part could take hours days or weeks who knows,
but when they say they are investigating this, they are not probably the people who can fix this has no idea about this yet, this is basically saying we are looking into it and that broad statement that could mean anything doesn't mean they are looking at the problem to fix it.
First off the Supervisors talk with the managers and discuss, is this suppose to happen after the November 7th shutdown, and discuss if this is a problem or this suppose to happen and forgot to tell us all this.
I know how this Junk works, and i tell you, this is probably what is going on.
Don't expect any word from any one until Monday or Tuesday The Earliest..
