All option settings lost

Since my premium upgrade on Xbox one I have experienced several problems. When I start the game, it takes a very long time to load, once loaded up, I have to reset my visual adjustments as though I just played the game for the first time. After I reset my visual adjustments I get a message "Thanks for becoming a premium member blah blah..." Again as though first time starting.

The most frustrating part is that all my game options are reset to default like controller sensativity, game messages, brightness, etc... I hate having to do this each and everytime I start a game.
