I recently bought BF1 to my pc from steam. However after downloading the game to my pc and playing it for a while I noticed that all the progress in my PS5 account had been lost. And also my progress in BF2042 was also reset. On BF1, I had 440 hours and I was like level 95 (on PS5 it still says that I have those 440 hrs played). I tried to reinstall the game but that did not help. Then I unlinked my Steam account from EA but that did not help either.
Yes, I knew that progress does not transfer over platforms, but the problem here is that all the progress I had on Playstation was reset. Like I said I was almost level 100 on PS with 440hrs and now level 0 with every gun locked etc. And this happened right after I downloaded BF1 to my pc.
@Lambenn Downloading the game to PC wouldn't have reset the progress on you PS account as the two are totally seperate. I'd recommend ensuring that you're viewing the correct account and making sure that everything is still installed.
If everything looks correct then you will need to contact EA Help for further assistance I'm afraid. There isn't anyone here who can access your game account to check anything or attempt any fixes unfortunately.
