Allow Elites to Equip Nerfing Specializations

We should allow elites to equip the new Apocalypse service assignments that nerf your soldier (e.g. the Affliction, Peacock, etc.). Elites are already powerful so adding the other service assignments doesn't make sense, but against elites such as the Infiltrator I'd like to see how they perform with that nerf.

    As i have seen by playing, the Afflictions you have equiped transfer over if you pick up the Elite Kit.

    And btw, these Afflictions are not needed to use if you don't want to!
    It's just there to give good players a Challenge for themself if they wanna use it.

    Actually, based on what I've seen, Afflictions transfer to Elites, although it is not intentional. The results, as you may expect, are less than encouraging for many of them, especially Reaper and, for many Elite kits, Scavenger. Enabling those afflictions proportionally hits them way more, as they generally lack proper ways around them (which is not the case for non-Elites).

    Well I seen the opposite not all afflictions are transferable. Nerfing something that is overpowering I think it defeats the purpose of the elite kits. Also it’s hard enough to get kills in some elite classes. Nerfing will bring problem to some game play for example operations tbag doesn’t not have a behemoth.

    Yeah, at least for the Reaper Afflictions, picking up an elite kit will transfer it over to it.
