Anti Vehicle Ribbons

I no longer get anti-vehicle ribbons for taking out enemy equipment such as spawn beacons, mortars, SOFLAM's, etc. I used to get them and in fact sitll get the 'Vehicle Destroyer" acknowledgement on the battle report, but no ribbons... Seems to be since January 30 update. Any ideas?
