Anyone else wanting to trade in their BF4 copy?

After the ridiculous amount of issues with BF4, which I've had since the X1 launched, and seeing the issues are also on the other versions, plus the "We'll be posting updates on the forums" response that you receive when talking to customer service reps, I've decided to trade in this rarely playable Beta test. Right now Best Buy has a $40 trade in value for any X1 or PS4 game, I suggest everyone with issues takes it and buys a better game that won't cause such headaches.

    I can understand that is is annoying if you have issues with your game. As Answer HQ is a community platform where players can help each other with technical game support, we are not a platform for general discussions, complaints or trades.

    I closed this topic but feel free to open a new one regarding help for a technical issue.

    i dont know where you are from but in aus we have customer satisfaction,so if something does not perform to the best you can return it for a refund.EA and DICE have been promising everything but the truth is they have your money and dont GIVE A **bleep**.i will be taking my copy back to EB games for a full refund (deluxe ed and the premium code.)and i urge anyone else in aus to do the same if they are having this problem.EA have got the XP week big **bleep**in deal cant play to get XP, anyway.
