Anyone experiences the Battlefield 4 Tashgar jump glitch?

Title.

Can't proceed witht he campaign story due to this, the customer experience of EA as said by many, is a total inlegitimate bullsh*t. No help, stupid battlepacks, and fake promises.

I wish to ask someone who has been through that level before, how do I commit the jump? I know it's a glitch though, but some people surprisingly finished it.
