Ok too for me today!
They're being rolled out in waves so for anyone who hasn't received theirs just yet they'll want to wait a little before trying to contact EA support.

Exactly, this awards rolled out on August 30th for those who completed all 3 Summer Missions. (Well, later that expected on August 28th)
Others who missed any Mission, they give you a second chance!
- Call to Action: August 28 - 29. (Over)
- Defend the Frontlines: August 30 - 31. (Over)
- The Next Frontier: September 1 - 2.
(All the rewards which you unlock through the second Chance will get awarded in the week of September 11th!)
