Hi Schwartz,

I hear what your saying, but you can only go on the "current" RoC's for now, I've also raised this question in the past but I've only been met with the terms and conditions you've listed, I have however seen on battlelog moderators claim "its their server" etc so can understand the confusion, but I would abide with the current RoC until informed otherwise.

There might not been any server takedowns, but A LOT of players were reset for playing on knife or pistol only servers.
