Armored Kill BF3

Hello everybody,

I'm having a problem with FIFA 13, and then especially the ultimate team function. The game freezes an awefull lot of times. For example everytime I challenge the "team of the week", the game freezes after choosing sides. Also sometimes after playing a game in a single player tournament, after the game it doesn't go back to the tournament tree, but it freezes. This does count as a game played for all the player, the lose a game on their contract, but I don't get any coins for it, and after I turned off my XBOX360, the result isn't there, I have to play the match again.

I've tried everything, clearing the cauche of the XBOX, copying all the FIFA13 files to an USB and play it from there, and all the other tips the EA customer service gave me, but nothing helped. I can play online, the Head-to-Head season mode, so I think it's a problem of Ultimate Team.

On top of this problem, whenever I start Ultimate Team, it asks me to set a security question. However, I don't have the impression it saves this, because I have to do this every single time I log in. Could this be connected?
