What happens when the bug occurs? The train advances on its own. Sometimes you can briefly reverse it, but then the train overrides your controls and advances. It advances past supporting groundtroops and is quickly destroyed next to the B flag in the second stage. It has happened to me four times in a row in dfferent game sessions and been witnessed by people I was playing with.
