Arrest warrants in battlefield hardline

Have you handcuffed him or just performed a take-down aka shot him with a tazer? I had a similar issue and had to restart the whole mission, cleared everything and made sure that he is arrested rather then taken down with a non lethal attack.

Same thing happened to me then finished checkpoint then it counted him.You must finish the checkpoint also wait for cutscene to finish on certain checkpoint levels.
