I figured it out, apparently Best Buy sells the mini version of the art book not the same as Amazon, bummer

Hello @AM-TexasAggies

I got the physical copy from Amozon and he code was in between the front cover and first page. If you can not find it anywhere within the book the I would take it back to Best Buy and see what they say. You should have a code for the dog tag.
