Bad company 2 account disabled xbox one help.

Ok so I had an account years ago and have not played bad company 2 since I had an xbox 360. I downloaded the game in xbox one s. When I click multiplayer it prompts my accout has been disabled. Ok np there I'll just recreate my account . i get a prompt how it failed to create. I log onto ea.com on my android recover my password reset I'm in my ea account on the website now. I then look to see what can cause this and no help is found. I am able to play bad company one multiplayer except it locks up and crashes at random. I have gamepass and the VIP add on in bc2. I just cant get into an online match. For bc2 and bc2 Vietnam. Please any help to regain access would be greatly appreciated.
