Bad Company 2 Server kicks me due to Punkbuster

I get this error when I join a server with Punkbuster on:

I am able to join the server again but I get kicked again after a while with the same error.

@jayden30kyle I'm not sure if it's still possible but EA Help used to be able to provide the key. It might be worth reaching out to them.

@zimmer550king Admittedly I'm not great with PunkBuster stuff but have you checked that you're running the most up to date version?

Also in case it helps, there's a guide for troubleshooting PunkBuster issues on the thread below, it might be worth taking a look at that.

it says i need a serial number to play my battlefield bad company2 i got the game from eaplay
