Bad graphics / textures - Battlefield 3 Premium Edition. Fix Pack Downloads??

Hi, The Battlefield 3 Premium Edition graphics (played on the XBOX360) does not display well - the graphics are split all across the screen making it impossible to play.  From various web posts there appears to be a texture hd / hi rez fix pack available.  However cannot locate this pack to download.  Where can I get this fix pack please? - as it does not seem to be included on the two game disks.

I've installed all 5 expansion packs hoping that one of them has the fix pack included but no joy.  Tried installing the game on the XBOX - still no success.  

Very disappointed as it looks like a great game!!     Thanks.

    The first time that you install BF3 you should be prompted to install the HD texture packs.  On the LE edition the HD Texture packs were on disc 2, the Premium Edition is probably the same.

    I recommed to delete only the base BF3 game (not the expansions or saves) and reinstall the game to see if you are prompted to install the HD texture pack.  I also recommend to install the game to the HDD for better overall performance which migh help address your screen tearing.
