Banned - No idea why

Hey. as the subject says, I've been banned. For what, I do not know. I have recently changed my email address from my old work's address to my new one (Origin won't let me use my Gmail for whatever reason), maybe that was what triggered the ban?

Please can someone tell me what I did that warranted a perma ban? At least send me an email to my registered Origin email address to explain. After all, I've spent £65 on this thing, I at least deserve some degree of customer service.

Answers HQ cannot do anything about bans because we are a public forum and can’t do anything account management related, but what we can do is tell you how to dispute and appeal a ban.

The general ban dispute email is accountdisputes@ea.com they can take 2 weeks or longer to reply.

  • That is horse s***. You cannot just simply ban someone (wrongly, as I WILL prove) without notification or reasoning after I've spent £65 on this thing and then expect me to wait over 2 weeks for a response.

    NEVER AGAIN.
