banned account because of a game i dont own?

Account was banned because apparently I haked on Fifa 2014 the problem is though I don't own Fifa 2014 nor have I ever. I filed an appeal about a week and a half ago and they still haven't gotten back I'm quite disappointed because I bought the game a week before I was banned.
