Banned, for FIVE years!?!

Okay, so I just got out of a 1 year ban from Agent X, where I quoted a guy being reasonably raciest, I may have agreed with him. Got a year ban from that and thought it was reasonably unfair, considering I was a regular user.

I got back after a year with my message to Agent X, It was "Dickbutt" a very playful insult at the least (I even included a very smiley gif, to show how it should be taken), later after much discussion about the general unfairness of the mods, I was banned for FIVE years by Red Spider.

For "abuse" of a mod, I feel the general behaviour of the mods is ridiculous and I would like the ban dropped to a month at the least and maybe have the mod be suspended temporarily himself for making an example of me.

I would like the mods to be taught how to act as well humoured individuals that can take jokes, and don't feel the need to throw their power around.

Especially for an offtopic forum you would expect the mods to be a bit better humoured.

Unfortunately, the only way to dispute is through that email.

You could try to contact an Electronic Arts Technical Support adviser to get the email changed, but there is no guarantee they can help you: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/

    1) Click on the game you're having trouble with (If you can't see it, use the search bar)
    2) Select a topic for the best results.
    3) Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.
    4) Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
    5) Select 'live chat' or 'call me' to request a call back from an EA games adviser.

Do you know what the security question (removed for security reasons) ? Is actually asking, because it isn't matching what I would assume to be an acceptable answer to  (removed for security reasons)?

    Hello AP_Norris,

The answer to any security question can be whatever comes into someones mind. Your security question may be regarding your cat but the answer may be "FIFA World Cup 2014" which has nothing to do with cats.

The best thing to do is to ask your brother.

If you want to reset your security question & answer, please contact an EA Game Advisor.

Follow the steps below to contact an EA Game Advisor

    1. Click here to go to the Contact page.
    2. Select your Platform.
    3. Click "Next".
    4. Select a topic and write a bit about your problem.
    5. Click the "Chat Now" button and you will be connected to the first available Game Advisor.
