BANNED Melbourne 2 Rules Firestorm 24/7

There was an AIMBOT on an fairly empty server called [Removed] I finished one round with a fair bit of frustration and started the next, I typed into the text box to watch out for [Removed] or as his profile states [Removed]as he was the one with the AIMBOT. (A small example is when he ejected from a plane, the first split second he ejected he put 5 shots onto me and killed me with a headshot all before he pulled the chute). He then with what I am assuming are friends of his [Removed] and [Removed] iniciated a voteban on me for hacking. Not only do i believe that this is an abuse of the voteban system but quite pathetic of people to actively go out of their way to ruin a game. How do I lift this ban? 

I wish the immaturity in todays gaming did not exist.
