Banned???

Why EA I didn't hack what's wrong??? ok I'm Playing Battlefield 3 and Logged out and Login Banned Man WOW and I used to play your games now no I can't cause a little mistake EA made I no Hacker just...

For everything account related, you need to contact Customer Support.

They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. For Live Chat, make sure to choose US as your country.

You won't have to re-purchase your games, they are yours forever (as long as you live anyway).

When you're filling out that form to contact them, for product code and promo code you can just put N/A. Just give them details in that big box to let them know what's going on.

No, you do not need to pay and you shouldn't need to put your last 4 of your credit card. Screen name would be your gamertag or your Origin ID.

If your account was banned, your account is not allowed to access online services, like game servers. (You can still play offline/single player - I believe you have to run Origin in Offline mode though.)
If you're banned from a game, then most likely you can play others games online, just not this one.
If it's a GGC Stream/Punkbuster ban, that account is not allowed on servers running those anti-cheat programs. (I'm pretty sure you can play on unranked or servers that don't run them, but man.. that's like walking into the lion's den.)
