BF1 DLC Help

My father bought the pre-order for Battlefield 1, he owns all the DLCs except Apocalypse. Now he doesn't play the game anymore and used the Home Xbox system to let me play it. However, when I tried to download the DLCs in "Manage Game and Addons", they installed but when I checked the in-game store page it said I had to buy the DLCs. Is there any solution to this or am I stuck.

    Hi ALegoNinja7005,

    Do any of the DLC items, like the weapons, show up in-game? Since the DLC packs are showing as being installed, it might just be a store error.

    None of the DLC items except for the Heroes of the Great War bundle items appeared in my inventory.

    Also, this problem has been happening for over half a year if that's important.

    Later on I checked and I had all of the DLC weapons but the store still said I owned none of them. So it probably was a store error.
