battle field 3 on PS3

hi all 

i had a bit of a trouble, used to live in lodon then moved to dubai n i bought a song card from there n the card didnt work utill i have to creat new account setting the lace to UAE so i did , then i had to buy new online pass cuz the old one signed to london and the old account any way had to pay extra $10 dollars for somthing i already paid for, then bought the premuim but the thing didnt have the new maps or the weapons !!!!!! wat can i do i paid almost ninighty dollars for nuthing plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz i need help with thisssssss
