My premum account works in game but when i go on to battlelog it doesn't even recognize I have premuim It still show my dogtags and has my assignments reconising i have played premum but when i go to do a stat reset or try the phantom program it says I do not have premium. This problem occured on the Xbox one.
I have this same issue. And I also had it with BF3. Last time I also bought premium via Live (also on discount), so this could be a Live<->Origin problem.
The last time around i spend a lot of time talking to different supporters from EA, but none of them understood or recognized the problem, so eventually I gave up. I had hoped this problem wouldnt come back, but there you go...
I'll add my "name" to this list of people experiencing this problem. Would be nice to use the Premium features on the wesite.
I've added a screenshot of my proof of purchase and of my battlelog showing I don't have premium on my case. just let my account show my status as a premium member. thats all I ask. give me what I paid for. Please?
