Battle log

I cannot find my soldier or any other stats for my soldier in bf4 under battle log. It says I need to get the game but I already have it. What do I do?

    Are you logged in the right account ? If yes delete your browse history and log out of battlelog and origin also try a different browse and try the repair install just press your game icon in origin and press repair install and re-install origin if nothing works then 

    For this you will need to contact Origin/EA support they will gladly help you whit this problem https://help.ea.com/en/origin go here press contact as give information press I still need help at the bottom of the page and then press start live chat and you will get a live chat whit an EA agent that will be glad to help you

How do I change my original email address, it's been years since the one that it's got was deleted and I can't find a way to change it to my psn address ?

    Hi,

    you can change your e-mail address if you login to the Origin site.

    Open you account and select "about me". Then hit the "edit" link behind general information.

    If you are having troubles accessing your Origin account I suggest you contact a game advisor.

    # Login to the site by clicking on "LOG IN" in the menu bar, top right.

    # If you need to change language, click on the language in the menu bar on the left

    You will now be provided with the contact options that are available, depending on your country.
