Battlefeild 3 DirectX error. [PC]

Ok 1st you need to know battlefield 3 isnt supporting windows 8.

Some systems with windows 8 run smooth others dont, looks like a version problem to me.

But if your using the newest driver version i would recommend using a older version!

I am not really into windows 8. before using these programs i advice you to try a older driver first.

    Did you follw up to do a clean install?

    And can you try driver 310.90

      I'm getting it. If I uninstalled Origin and all of my game data in Origin and then reinstalled origin do you think it would let me download bf3? Also, would my account be deleted?

        This has nothing to do with your game , so reinstalling origin will not help you!

        It is 99% sure a win 8 / gfx driver issue.

        So just try different drivers, but be sure to do a clean install. 

        Acctualy this means get rit off any driver for your GFX card, and when you reboot your pc will use the VGA onboard card. 

        This will give you a strange resolution when you reboot. 🙂 like 800x600.

        Then you can install the new graphics driver. Be sure to only install the driver not physix and all other stuff.

      Those drivers didnt do anything special ;( Please explain what you mean by a clean install... I'm comnputer-stupid so layman's terms would be nice.

      Nothing special happened. I'm going to delete EVERYTHING in my origin folder and retry.
