Battlefest Aries Dog Tag etc

Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug Hi there.

So I completed the requirements for the battlefest rewards. 25 kills on the "They shall not pass" dlc maps as well as the 25 explosive kills on the same dlc maps. I did not receive the PTFO skin or the Aries Dog Tag. I have since contacted an EA advisor and have sorted the PTFO skin. I was advised to post here so as to resolve my Tag issue. I hope it can be resolve as I did complete the explosive task.

    I had the same issue.

    With out an in game tracker (looking at you EA) I am reasonable certain I got the required kills on the new DLC maps and the explosive kills.

    But so far no reward, no dogtag or PTFO skin.

    Is there a bug or should I just be patient?

    It must be a bug but seems they are correcting it. I really do hope they add an in-game tracker as I put so much extra effort into these challenges as I loose count and then am not sure if I'm done yet. Talking the explosive kills. I'm sure people hated me this battle-fest because I spammed the hell out of grenades to make sure I got it.

    As you can see from my post I did sort the PTFO skin with an EA advisor. Seems these reports are also seen too as last night when I logged in.... no notification or anything but I went to go have a look at my dog tag collection and the Aries tag has appeared. So hold thumbs they rolling out the fix to all others affected.

    It sux we have to go so far as reporting but I will still thank EA for their services and fixing the error pretty quickly.

    I now have the tag but no weapon skin i can see

    a bit late but the PTFO skin is a MP18 skin (no you cant scrap it either)

    Yeah still waiting 4 the Aries dog tag and ptfo skin.

    Also waiting 4 Easter dog tag

    I've contact the Support via Live Chat, and the advisor could unlock me the Dog Tag in 5min. as i explained my issue.
