battlefied 1 taa black screen issue and bsod

Hey guys i have BF1 and i have an issue since friday i have black screen on bf1 but icons map are visible when i change taa black screen goes away but i would like to play bf1 with taa i wouldn't have that issue before and also i have bsod with unexpected_store_exception and rarely critical_process_died messages.I'm waiting for your help.I have tried everything(deleted Battlefied 1 folder on documents updated driver)

My specs

İntel Pentium g4560

8 gb ram

amd radeon rx 560 2 gb

battlefield 1

    UPDATE-guys i have fixed black screen by removing user.cfg file but i am not sure that bsod is fixed it is too unpredictable

    i must write in english my reply since it's a international forum but i'm available in pm to help you further if needed.
    BSOD are given to corrupt windows installation OR failing memory modules/hdds.
    Can you check your hdd smart status and ram modules with memtest86 (https://www.memtest86.com/)?
    Meanwhile you can clean you ram modules pinout with some isoprophylic alchool or non greasy electrical cleaner and blowing air on the ram slots on your motherboard.
    Check with prime95 (https://www.mersenne.org/download/) if you're getting computing errors => failing ram modules / cpu is defective
    what are your temps on CPU/GPU? is your pc a laptop or a desktop?

    @OttoVPHey man firstly i have to say I am not Italian I am from Turkey my Italian friends would call me Paolo Limiti.
    1-whilst running memtest im having couldnt alllocate 4096 mb error?
    2-And also i analyzed minidump it says bug file is ntoskrnl.exe
    3-Can you help me?

    4-It is PC

    @TheRomanticSkunkhello!
    so you have a 8gb setup and 4gb are not recognized...
    that signals a ram module failure.
    are the other 4 recognized in windows (which version do you have)? check on taskmanager (memory tab)
    ntoskrnl is a "generic" error which stated a major failure and one of the probable causes is that ram module that's going bonkers so when your OS is writing on that memory zone crashes.
    let's fix this!

    @TheRomanticSkunk so you figured out your problem: a broken ram module!
    please consider upgrading to 16gb (2x8gb same memory modules in dual channel mode)

    if i solved your issue mark it so and give xp if you want!
    i'm very happy we figured out!
