[Resolved] BF1 Cannot Open Supply Crates, Scrap or Buy Items

Hey guys, so this is BF1. I saved up many supply crates, but when I went to open them, both in per game lobby and Home Screen, the loading circle shows then disappears. Then, when I try to purchase a supply crate or open one, it says there was an error. I’m playing on PS5. Can someone please help me? I’ve restarted my system as well as the application many times

    Hi all,

Over the past week you've reported several issues to us related to Battlefield 1. We appreciate your patience while we've been investigating, and we'd like to give you a summary of the issues we've resolved.

    Resolved

    • April 21 - all platforms - End of round screen won't load or display scores
      • Some players experienced an end of round screen that wasn't loading, or displaying scores. This issue has now been resolved and the end of round screen will display as normal again.
    • April 21 - all platforms - Servers are not appearing in server browser
      • While looking for servers in the server browser not all servers were being shown to players. We've since restored expected behavior, and you'll find servers within the server browser as normal again.

    • April 13 - all platforms - Connectivity Issues
      • We experienced brief connectivity issues on several Battlefield titles. The servers have since recovered and you are now able to play online again.
    • April 13 - PS4 - Weapons or items can't be unlocked with War Bonds
      • New weapons couldn't be unlocked with War Bonds, due to the error "Unlock failed, Purchased failed, Please try again later". We have resolved this and you are able to unlock new weapons again.
    • April 13 - PS4 - Battlepacks can't be opened
      • Players were unable to open Battlepacks due to the menu immediately closing. This issue has now also been resolved for PS4, meaning you should be able to open your Battlefield 1 Battlepacks again across all platforms.
    • April 6 - All platforms - Players are receiving too many Battlepacks
      • At the end of round screen a varying number of additional Battlepacks were granted. This resulted in some players having high numbers of Battlepacks in their inventory. This issue has now been resolved for players on PC and Xbox, and you should find that you're able to open any Battlepacks presently in your possession.

Once again, thank you for your patience while we've been working to restore expected behaviors across the game. If you notice any remaining issues, please let us know!
