Battlefield™ Hardline Ultimate Shortcut Unlock doesn't work.

On two of my accounts, I bought Battlefield™ Hardline Ultimate Shortcut Unlock DLC. However, they didn't unlock the weapons it supposed to unlock for me.  I mean if devs could help unlock those thing...

Yeah I just bought it and installed it separately and it's still asking for in game currency
