Battlefield 1- not working
System is Xbox one, game is Battlefield 1.
The issue i am having is when i select the game from the xbox home page it takes me to the main screen of the game where the guy is holding the four shot pistol and bayonet. After a few seconds the screen goes black and a little loading wheel pops up in the right upper corner. A few moments later the screen goes back to the main screen with the guy holding the weapons. This time the option of selecting a profile pops up, either play as my normal profile or select different profile. At this point there is no back ground sound/ music and there is no movement on the screen like the little sparks aren't moving. I select the option to play as my normal profile and nothing happens. I've let it sit for over 20 minutes. I've restarted my xbox, uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice. And still no luck. Any help or tips would be appreciated.
