Battlefield 1 Achievements Not Unlocking in EA App

Hi, I guess, I need to create ticket about it but first I will write here. Recently I decided to get all the achievements in my BF games. So, I was playing campaign in BF1. I have Steam version down...

@woody357ANW As I checked now, achievements actually not unlock at all in BF1. I uninstalled BF1 via Steam and downloaded it via EA App, as I was owning game in EA App before buying it on Steam. And I tried to unlock something once again. It does not work still. By the way, is there any way to reset campaign progress? Because I already collected all codex and field manuals in one of campaigns playing from Steam. I thinking, because reset would help.. Even that trophies like "find hidden sword" already do not work. So, not sure reset would help. And EA support do not answer me. By the way, I even struggle to create new ticket. It goes into infinity loading after I press button "choose contact way" or something.

@Baldr93  Hi !

Thanks for your return.

I encountered the same on EA App achievements if I can say.

I have all the Battlefield 1 codex even if right now, after changing rig, instaling back the game, it shows 0 progression in campaign. Whereas I have unlocked all those manuels and stuff in May 2017.

I don't trust much EA App for any thing anyway.

    @woody357ANWI was thinking about trying to reset campaign data and start it again.
    Since I decided to get all achievements in BF games, I can confirm it's totally ok in BF3, as I am on them now too. Also it was ok in BFV earlier. Today I want to get latest two achievements in BFV campaign for completing it on highest difficulty and I will see how it will go.
    You did not try to contact EA support, right?

    @Baldr93Regarding BFV - I had too positive opinion regarding EA App. I noticed it did not count two achievements I recently unlocked. They unlocked on Steam but not in EA App...
    This is some global issue I am having with this EA App. I will be trying to contact support further. I can't make myself to buy anything from EA again if this will not be fixed. >_>

    @Baldr93What is really weird, it's that I think, I actually had those recent BFV achievements in EA App as well. It more looks like they disappeared...

    @Baldr93 Hey there, never called them out, I have the codex from stuff, manuels I unlocked way back in the day.
