Battlefield 1 activation

Hi, I cannot play Battlefield 1 anymore because when I click on the game it wants me to activate the game using my product code.

I have completed the game and want to play online but cannot.

Any ideas?

Thanks

    Hi All,

Thanks for your responses and help.

It turns out that I was using the wrong email address that was already in Origin

    Thanks

  • Hello @CaptHilts2017

Have you tried to just uninstall and re-install Battlefield 1? It could just be a simply glitch and this might just do the trick!

    Thanks, Zoie

@CaptHilts2017 I've had this issue in the past with other BF titles and this is what corrected the problem. Make sure origin is completely closed, not even minimized in the task tray. Right click the origin icon on your desktop, select "run as administrator". Then right click on BF's icon in your game library, select "repair". After the repair is finished then play. Often the repair won't solve this issue unless origin is being run as an admin so make sure you do that step first.

    Hi Ragnarok013,

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately I do not have the option of "repair" when I right click the game icon in Origin after following your instructions.

    Thanks

    Hi Z01e,

    Thanks for the reply,

Do you know where the save games are stored before I uninstall the game?

    Thanks
