Battlefield 1 BSOD

Question

Recently had to wipe clean my PCs memory. After reinstalling BF1, i'm met with a BSOD after the splash art screen, when the game opens up and load the main menu. "UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP" is the error message i get every time, "EXCEPTION_DOUBLE_FAULT" as an additional info. This only recently happened after 7 years of playing, and the Minidump log (which i can provide if needed) suggests it the Javelin Anticheat fault. Any fix for this?

Yes, even tried to repair the game itself via the EA app. Problem still persists.

Welp, i assume there's no solution to this. EA being EA as always.
