Battlefield 1 Can't recover old account progress in multi-player

Okay , so I have tried multiple times in the past few years to play battlefield multi player . and my account is not able to be accessed . It just says please reset your password . with the EA websit...

Hi @Ayeleedz That message means that the linked email address has been deactivated. If you still have access to the email then logging in with it at ea.com or resetting your password for your EA Account should reactivate it.

If doing that doesn't help or you no longer have access to that email address, then you'll need to open a case at help.ea.com.

Please bear in mind that there is nobody here on the forums who can access your account to make any changes to your details.
