Does this happens in every round? It just stops counting kills after the 12th?
That could possibly be a bug
I would try to first verify the install of the game by right clicking on the title card of the game (in origin, if you are on pc) and selecting verify.

On which platform are you playing and are you an owner of the premium pass? If you are on console have you tried re-downloading your premium file in case your existing premium file was corrupted by an OS or title update?
