Was this in an empty lobby/server? It's been reported that doing so will make the Russian 1895 Cavalry no longer equippable when infantry. You'll need to join a live game to reselect it, similarly if it doesn't show still joining a Standard Issue Rifles server will possibly show a second 1895 cavalry you can equip.
yea i,ve seen this type of stuff on xbox one no horse no gun look's like people flying around the map
Yep i have same problem when i'm connect to a foreign server. But bug disappear when i connect to an other server.
It wille be probably fix in next up, but you can repport this bug.
