A couple things I found with a Google search. I think the full windows reinstall is a bit overboard. I'd try force quitting unnecessary background programs - think like random backgroud apps (AMD..., Ryzen..., Nvidia...) that don't really do anything but sit there. Next I would reinstall your .NET framework. Not sure how to exactly do that but there should be something in windows settings that can allow you to reinstall it. I'd also clear temp files from settings, like caches, downloads, etc. Try reinstalling all your drivers to the latest version and also make sure you verify files via Steam and/or EA launcher. If that all doesn't work then I think a windows clean reset is your only option :(

thanks for the help, but i already did all that stuff way back when this whole mess started. this is the last time im gonna say it — the issue with eaanticheatservice and that 1503 startup error doesnt get fixed by reinstalling the game\ea app\directx\drivers or whatever. feels like nobody here even tried to google what that error actually is or what service im even talking about.thanks, but i know how to use the first few google links too.
