Battlefield 1 "Connection to EA Online timed out"

I get this message every time I try to join a server in multiplayer. Even games that have 0 players. If I try to launch a quick match its says instead "Error code 1" I looked into my ban history bu...

These error messages normally signal an issue with the connection. They're not ban related (there is still misinformation about Error code 1 from a few years ago, so wanted to clarify this).
