Same problem.
Trial and network game = crash to windows - with no errors.
Did cancel my subscription.
EA!!! Please answer your costumers!!!
I put the dispute through PayPal for Origin full refund. Its a scandal for such big company. The can`tor don`t want to fix this bug? I`m beginning to think that the second part. Shame!

@stopczas I recommend reaching out to support instead, they should be able to assist with the Origin Access issue. If you put through a dispute this ould result in action taken against your account.

For those with the trial issue, unfortunately I still don't have an update or ETA on a fix.

a chargeback from your side is never a way to solve anything in these kind of matters. People should read the ToS sometimes or atleast once and after an update to it.
And yes im waiting for a fix too (imo if EA wants more sales they should fix it soon ^^ People like me are waiting till they had the full 10h expierence before purchasing the Game)

Still same issue here,
installed Origin software and got Origin access subscription just for BF1.
Single player works and is really fun but cannot test multi.
That alone wouldn't even be the worst, but the lack of communication is what really kills it for me.
If this isn't resolved or properly communicated, as in devs are aware and working on it, it's just unsubscribe and uninstall Origin and go back to Steam.
At least i can manage my download speed there.

Found myself in the same boat. Been trying to play with friend for two days. He owns a copy and it works fine for him, but i keep crashing on trial version loading screen.
