So Battlefield 1 has been crashing for me when I try to play multiplayer. When I select a mode (none of them work) and join a game, it stays in "loading level" for about 5 seconds and then crashes without any error message. There is no black screen or anything, it just goes straight to the desktop. I have tried Clean boot, repairing the game and close all background applications but none of these helped. I really don't want to download it again, because my internet speed isn't that good and it will take years. FX-6300 R7 370 ASRock 970 PRO3 R2.0 8GB RAM Singleplayer works fine, around 60fps at medium settings and it doesn't crash or anything.

Hi all, I don't have any news on this, other than that it's still being looked into. Hopefully I'll have something more detailed soon. @mistachicken Unfortunately I don't have any info on getting the time toppedback up.In some cases Origin Access trial time can be reset, this does sound like a prime example. If we can do this it would be after the issue is resolved, at which point we can hopefully help folks out.

Hi there guys I'm also running on the 10h trial and by the looks of this I wont be buying the game. Have tried fresh install of game changed all the settings that have helped some, but since the new update as soon as it goes into loading map it crashes. Pretty rubbish to be honest I signed up to access to try this game before I buy it and what an experience 2 hours of my trial time sorting this out. I mean there enough people with an unsolvable issue you think someone from EA would of responded. The only variable is how many people with this issue are on the trial

Hi David, do you think we might get a couple of hours back for the trial as most of us looks like we lost a lot of time on the trial tinkering until we came here. I'm no compensation freak but i beleive this would be the right thing to do as although this is free, most of us paid the subscrition to join origin access to play this trial. Same issue. I'm on Origin Access Trial. As soon as I load a multiplayer match it crashes to desktop still.

Having the same problem. GTX 980ti, No errors showing up on anything when it crashes on the multiplayer screen. On a almost freshly installed copy of windows 10, all drivers updated etc. Also on Origin access trial (Which i purchased specifically to try multiplayer before I buy the game. Irony :P) Hopefully this get's figured out soon!

I have the same Issue as many of other players. I hope It will be fixed soon. Beacause I want to Know if I can play the game with my system can run the multiplayer.

When will this be fixed? I purchased Origin Access only to test BF1 Multiplayer which is not working.

I mean really EA - is that how you advertise your games? You want me to spend 130 bucks for a game after I have to pay for the trial which is not even working?

You dont have to pay 130 for the Game O.o, just wait a couple days and it will be fixed. just dont try anymore without confirmation here unless you want to use up your trial hours. :D

well they have been at it for a while now as far as i can understand +-2 weeks, and still not resolved and still no updates or anything

so i dont see it resolved soon to be honest, if i known this in advanced i would not even purchased Origin Acces since 10 hour bf1 was the only reason!

The only thing that sticks out to me is that your processor is just below the minimum required specs to play BF1, and the minimum specs are the bare bones specs that the devs say will reliably run BF1.
